Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid to secure a project are non-refundable. This ensures that your project is reserved and that our time and resources are allocated accordingly.
Non-Refundable Services: All services provided by SELF The Agency are non-refundable once delivered. This includes any work completed in accordance with the contract signed at the start of the project.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if SELF The Agency fails to provide the services as outlined in the contract. Any discrepancies must be raised and addressed in writing to ensure a fair resolution.

Cancellation Policy
At SELF The Agency, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure that each project is executed smoothly, we require careful planning and allocation of resources.
Once a project has been booked and the deposit has been paid, the following terms apply:
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project and reserve our time and resources.
Cancellation Fee: If a project is canceled less than three (3) weeks before the scheduled start date, the client will be required to pay a 15% fee of the total project price.
